More than 800 pieces of evidence against Timothy Crowley were recently handed over to his attorney, Joe Simon, leading Simon to request the court postpone proceedings Tuesday, July 30, so he may review the case.

Agreeing to postpone proceedings until Sept. 24, Michigan Attorney General’s Office Assistant Prosecutor Danielle Hagaman-Clark noted her office recently acquired several computer hard drives that could contain more evidence against Crowley and need to be reviewed and handed over as well.
