Ex-Ann Arbor priest accused of molesting altar boy has case delayed for review of large amount of evidence
ANN ARBOR, MI – The case against a former Ann Arbor and Jackson priest accused of sexually assaulting an altar boy nearly 30 years ago is delayed while attorneys review a large amount of evidence to be presented by prosecutors.
More than 800 pieces of evidence against Timothy Crowley were recently handed over to his attorney, Joe Simon, leading Simon to request the court postpone proceedings Tuesday, July 30, so he may review the case.
